Info about shore excursions (jet skis- parasailing)

My new husband and I will be docked in St. Maarten for a day on our honeymoon and he wants to rent jet skis and also parasail. Is there somewhere here we can do this? Any info on how to book? I didn't see these excursions offered through our cruise line. Thanks for any help!

Go to Orient Beach and they'll have every toy you would want. No tour is needed. Just grab a cab and you'll be there in 15 minutes. Share with a few others and it'll cost $6/person each way. Orient is 1.5 miles long with lots of beach bars and restaurants. There's something for everyone!

If you don't want to go far jet skis are available right at Great Bay beach which is right where the water taxi drops you off. The cost was $40 per half hour. You can ask there about parasailing. I saw some out beyond the ships, but not sure if they left from another beach or not. Have a great honeymoon.
