Amtrak Bus - Vancouver to Seattle after cruise

We will getting off HAL Nieuw Amsterdam in Vancouver on Sat. June 30th. We are taking the Amtrak bus to Seattle. I was looking at the 11:30 bus. Do we have enough time to disembark and get to the station on time. What is the best way to get there? Taxi? I would prefer not to do self walk off, but will do so if this is the best option.

I'll reiterate what I posted on your HAL thread - don't take the Amtrak bus. There's literally only one circumstance where it's sensible - if you are connecting to a train somewhere else (so that you are 'in the system' from your first leg).

All the other (better) buses go from the same spot - as do trains - which is not much over a mile away and <$10 by cab, except QuickShuttle which goes right from the pier. You could not possibly fail to make it to Pacific Central station by 11:30am time even if you are the last people off the ship, so your only risk is a catastrophic delay in arrival at the pier (engine failure etc.)

Thoughts....

• I really like the Quick Shuttle idea..... straight from the pier without any transfers or cab waits.
  
• June 30th is a long weekend.... the area will be super busy.
  

Use the Quick Shuttle Bus not the Amtrak...

Quick Shuttle will be direct pier to downtown Seattle...

Much better option!
