I assume you're talking about slot machines. Dollars can be used in all slot machines. However, they pay out tokens, which you can cash for dollars at the cashier's cage.

If you use your credit card to get cash in the casino, there is a 3% charge added. You can, however, send yourself a gift of casino credits. Just call Princess, give your credit card number, and order any amount of money you want. You then can get the money in the casino. It just gets charged to your credit card as any other purchase -- no 3% surcharge.
