Spirit computers and internet questions

New to Silversea, it would help to have more information about the computers and internet on Spirit. I prefer to avoid bringing a small laptop. The deck plan shows computers are available. Are they decent quality and available 24 hours? Can I download photos onto a flashdrive? Write off line/off the clock in notepad and copy into an email? Use the computers for things such as book private tours in Viator? Is there a computer concierge available to help? I booked a regular balcony stateroom. Will unused minutes roll into the next day, or is it use it or loose it?
