Royal Clipper cabin 233 fixed double bed

Had a quick look on our paperwork from last year. We were in 223 and we asked for the bed to be configured as two singles as otherwise one of you had no side access. Room 233 says it has two single beds which can be configured as a double. From the deck plan it does look smaller than our cabin. However it is only those in the middle of that deck with no portholes that say that they have a 'fixed double bed'. Perhaps you have the wrong cabin number ? Anyway have a wonderful cruise - its a fabulous ship and you won't spend much time in the cabin anyway - plenty of room elsewhere.

Back from cruise and 233 does have a fixed double so access only from one side and part of bottom end. Very small cabin and very limited space. Our cases would not fit under bed. Soon got used to it though. Shower room a reasonable size with plenty of space and storage.
