Irons or steamers

We are packing tuxes for our cruise on the Pearl 8/5/2018. Do they have irons and/or steamers available?

We are packing tuxes for our cruise on the Pearl 8/5/2018. Do they have irons and/or steamers available?

Irons and boards are available from the cabin steward for an hour or two. Steaming, using a steam dress form is available for a charge in the main laundry.

Just to note, don't bring your own.

I bring a trial size Downey Wrinkle release. It absolutely works like a charm.

Tuxes are always great to see. But the vast majority of your fellow cruisers will be in jeans and even a few shorts (even in Alaska).

In general you will be "over dressed" if you wear a tux to a MDR!!

However it will be great for a photo with the Captain.

2 week-end ago on the Spirit they opened our luggage and took away our iron that my wife packed for the part before and after the cruise. We only got it back on the day of disembarkation ....

We got our tuxes yesterday. He looks so good. And we will stand out. I'm your average white guy he's Ethiopian. We will blow people away.
