No. I believe the only port with Global Entry is Ft. Lauderdale.

 

Vancouver has GE boarding ships sailing to US ports. Otherwise, the has been much debate about Miami. One week it does, the next week it doesn't.

 

Ft Lauderdale is the main one. And no GE kiosks away from airports.

We just went thru US CBP Lines in Vancouver (Canada Place) a few days ago. No GE available for our sailing.
