Quebec old town tours transportation

There is a tourism office on 12 Rue Sainte-Anne, which is excellent. I've arranged bus tours there in the past, excellent, helpful place.

It is in the Upper Town, you didn't mention if you are staying in a hotel or looking for one day activity from a cruise ship. There is a funicular to get from the lower town to the upper town
