Quebec old town tours transportation

I found many walking tours for old town. I am unable to walk long distances, and have not found a transportation tour. Any suggestions??? :)Mary

There is a HOHO bus but some of the area are for pedestrians only

There is a tourism office on 12 Rue Sainte-Anne, which is excellent. I've arranged bus tours there in the past, excellent, helpful place.

It is in the Upper Town, you didn't mention if you are staying in a hotel or looking for one day activity from a cruise ship. There is a funicular to get from the lower town to the upper town
