I booked a cruise which is meant to be stopping in Egypt. I am very optimistic that the cruise will still top in Egypt as the Itinerary due to most countries lifting all travel restrictions to Egypt. I am hoping to join a group for tours in Cairo when it docks to help me reduce the price of the extra trips for the whole cruise. Does anyone know of any groups that are already in existence? The cruise will also stop in Port Said

We will arrive in Safaga on a cruise ship on April 20 and would like to travel to Luxor.

We are interested in tour of Luxor, but our ship does not arrive until 08:00 on 20 April, and leaves at 23:00. Is this enough time for the tour?

I have booked a tour from Port Said to Cairo to see the pyramids, sphinx and Egyptian museum and especially to go to the famous market there... kan el kalili. I have booked the real life tour in Alexandria although they did offer the archeological one but having seen a lot of that the day before I thought the real life trip around the city would be a bit more interesting on a cultural level.

I've just posted on the "Your favorite Luxor sites?" thread my suggestions for a private overnight excursion to Luxor. Perfectly safe and well run, I might add, as I've done this several times. Likewise for Cairo excursions.
