Nassua: Seahorse Sailing vs Rainbow Reef

I can only find really old discussions about these excursions. They have to be modifications by now I should think.

So from what I can see, Seahorse sailing is $55/$39 for 3 hr 30 minutes. Rainbow Reef is $35/$35 for 2 hours 30 minutes.

What are the pros and cons of each of these excursions? I've already purchased our own snorkeling masks and vests as I've seen many a discussion about that.

We did the Seahorse several years ago and it was awesome.
