1st night on Britannia - flight arriving late afternoon

We are sailing in Britannia in two weeks time and our Thomson flight from Gatwick doesn’t arrive in Barbados until 4pm so it will not leave us much time to get on-board / change etc and get to 1st sitting at 6.30pm..any ideas how P and O will handle this...

That night will be open sitting, no set tables.

You probably wont receive receive your luggage until later in the evening it sometimes takes a few hours for the cases to arrive at your cabin. Last time we were on second sitting but only just got the cases in time for a quick change.

There will be lots of people still in their travelling clothes at dinner and a lot just go to the buffet.

You will be told what to do on board. May be a letter in the cabin or in the Horizon.
