Staying at Hyatt Place 17th/Convention Center

When staying here is there a drug store like Walgreens or CVS within walking distance or perhaps even a grocery store?

In the Harbor Shops shopping center about 2 blocks east of the hotel there is a Publix grocery store which also stocks wine and beach accessories. That shopping center also has a Total Wine and a TJ Maxx (beach clothes and accessories).

When staying here is there a drug store like Walgreens or CVS within walking distance or perhaps even a grocery store?

If you exit out the back of the hotel, the shopping center is right across the street, less than a five minute walk. There is a Publix grocery store there as well as other shops.

We are here now and they have a CVS within walking distance. There is also a WInn Dixie and Publix close by but you'll need a car.

No car needed for the Hyatt Place Convention Center.

Harbor Shops, including a large Publix as mentioned is a 5 min. walk.

In my short one night stay, I walked to the Publix twice in one evening. I did not have a car, nor did I need one.

If you go out to 17th Street and make a left there is a CVS on Hwy 1A1 & 17th St.about a 10 minute walk away, also if you make a right there is Walgreens just before the cruise port entrance, about a 15 minute walk.

Walk out the door at Hyatt Place .... turn right ...cross the street and walk through the parking garage...not even a 5 min walk. If you're hungry you might try Duffy's its right in the parking lot of this large shopping center...great food or Gilbert's is there too.
