Magnetic door as well as walls on Escape?

Can anyone confirm the doors are magnetic on the Escape? I'm pretty sure the walls are magnetic but not positive about the door. Thanks.

I put a magnet on my door when I was on the Escape. I also used magnetic hooks to hang stuff on the walls.

I don;t know about the Escape but they have been on other ships.

Ceilings are metal too. We get strong hook magnets and hang a sheet as a privacy curtain between us and our teenager.

We were in an Aft Balcony room on the Escape and unfortunately the walls and doors were not magnetic.. I had so many magnets to use but nothing worked.. Wonder why some rooms are and some aren't

Huh! How odd. I've had an aft, mid and forward (all balcony) on the Breakaway and all metal. Well I will have to research future ships too then!

The newer mega ships are built differently.

The lower part of the ship, about half of the ship, is built with steel while the upper portion is built of aluminum to keep them from being TOP Heavy.

Any one had a cabin on the 15th? Magnetic walls or no? Referring to the Escape.

:'):') After I typed magnetic I realized my word mistake but could not edit.. I was trying to use magnets on the walls and door.. I didn't actually think they were magnetic.. :D
