Which Deck on Miracle is Your Time Dining?

We'll be sailing on the Miracle out of Tampa in March and since there is only one main dining room on the ship (aft only, 2 levels), we are curious as to which deck, Promenade or Atlantic, has the YTD dining room?

YTD has been on the upper level. We like to sit at 2tops at the edge of the balcony to look down on the set time diners below us.
