How long should a reservation transfer to a TA take?

I faxed my paperwork in on the 2nd and haven't heard anything. Am I not being patient enough?

When we've transferred, it's taken less than a week. I'd call.

I tried faxing a transfer last November (it never went through as they are all being done online now and I was past the 60 days)

From the Royal Caribbean FAQ pages...

Bookings may only be transferred to a Travel Agent up until 60 days from creation if the request is made outside of Final Payment period and the booking is not paid in full. If a booking has a ChoiceAir ticket and the transfer request involves a change in currency we cannot accommodate a transfer. If you would like to transfer your reservation to a travel agent, please select the link provided below and complete the online form.

Thanks! I was just coming back to provide that link, too (which I also provided to my TA since she sent me the form to fax in originally....)

On Royal, perhaps 48 hours to 7 days.

I used to have a TA that when told of the booking number that I wanted to transfer to him it was done in a day. No signing anything.

Same. I just gave my TA the booking number as that was it. I did not fill out any forms or anything. I think it depends on the TA.

Wife' is a TA, takes less than a day.
