Secrets of Cunard:

Yes, I have seen him, and pointed him out to others.

Not quite a secret, but something that could be missed. That is the silver modal of QE2 in the yacht club on Queen Elizabeth (deck 10 stairway A).

Have you noticed that Homer is looking a bit worn from all the people touching him?

Thanks for the tip about the silver QE2. I'll look for it when we're on QE. If I could have taken home just one thing from QE2, that silver model would have been it.

It is still there but apparently it is not owned by Cunard it is on loan from the company that bought QE2.

You well know the current Queen of England, the longest serving in world history now is and has been the QM2 God Mother .

May God save and bless this Queen. She is simply amazing!

To be precise, she is queen of the United Kingdom.

And also the Queen of Canada and her other realms and territories (amongst other titles).

While it is certainly not hidden on the QE, the bust of the Queen that was in the Queen's Room of the QE2 is also on loan according to what I was told.
