Sydney hotel options for Feb 2018; Which would you choose??

A group of six adults are looking to book a three night hotel stay for

exploring Sydney after a cruise.

We would like to explore the club level for the added amenities it could offer.

For those that have used these hotels, please let us know

which you would stay with again and why.

We are looking at

Sir Stamford Hotel

Intercontinental Club room

Marriott Club room

all around Circular Quay

We have never been to Sydney before and we feel unsure how to

pick one to stay at.

The Intercontinental is very nice. So is the Shangri-La; and in my view they have the best buffet breakfast of any Sydney hotel. We're staying at the Four Seasons on 31 Jan - haven't tried this one before so can't comment on it yet.

The Shangri La club level is terrific. A friend of mine stays at the Sir Stamford and loves that too. The Sydney Hilton club level is fairly ordinary but the location (no views though) is terrific

I think any of those would be nice.

Also as a Marriot member have a look at what you can get a pier one, it can be expensive but sometimes you can get Great member prices.

Hi, The Intercontinetal club floor is the best in town , We have tried Shangrila not in the same class as IC

Join their loyalty club for free wifi etc

thanks Kiwicruiser, we haven't tried the IC and we are members. Must do so next time we are feeling indulgent.
