Toulon / La Seyne Sur Mer

According to the 'whatsinport' website

from La Seyne Sur Mer cruise port there is a

'free shuttles, every 20 minutes, take you to the centre of Toulon. The trip takes about 10 minutes.'

Anyone know if this is still true as I've not seen it reported elsewhere on threads about Toulon?
