Gym facilliites and classes on Queen Victoria

We sail on the 27th October from Rome. I am interested to know what the facilities are like onboard in the gym please? I have looked on the website but very little info is available. Do they do gym classes and are they free or chargeable? We have sailed P&O and their gym is really good but the classes are minimal and chargeable.

Hi. Does anyone know if there is a rowing machine on QE? I can see from the linked page that there are on QV and QM2.
