Escape in New York

I'm leaning towards Escape rotating between NY and Miami.

When Bliss isn't in Miami, Getaway shouldn't be the only large ship that NCL has in the area. The other lines are going with guns blazing into Miami and NCL would be wise to always have either Escape or Bliss in Miami at all times.

RCCL - Symphony (world's largest) OTS and a new (beautiful) terminal in Miami.

MSC - Seaside and Meraviglia (eventually) and a renovated terminal.

Carnival - Vista/Horizon and whatever those LNG 180,000 ton ships are.

This makes total sense. Miami needs a large ship in port each Saturday and Sunday. I'm hopeful that the next ship after Bliss will be planned for North America too!
