Celebrity Silhouette, Concierge Class Balcony Stateroom

Any recommendations/avoidances we need to know about for the Concierge Class Balcony Staterooms.

We are looking at Scandinavia & Russia, on this particular route does it matter if we are port or starboard?

I would stay clear of deck 12. While the location is nice, just above is the Ocean View Cafe and you hear carts rolling early in the morning and people sliding chairs.

Unless the price is real close go for a regular veranda cabin, size of cabin and veranda are the same on S class ships. Most of the perks are fluff or available to everyone on the ship. We always do starboard since all the smoking locations are port.
