recent copies of menus and daily schedules on Noordam ship

could anyone please post copies or snap shots of any daily activities brochure (not familiar with HAL name for it) and menus from main dinning room from any trips during the past few months......I have seen a few from a year or more ago but wondering about recent ones.....I kept seeing on board where HAL has changed their main dining menu and wondered how similar they were with princess on the daily brochure they place in the mail box/cabin each day
