MSC Opera all inclusive drink package

Hi all,

We are a party of 4, 2 adults and 2 young children (3,6), booked 14 nights Christmas and New Year cruise this year. The all inclusive drink package is around 250 pounds which sounds rather reasonable however, because 4 of us booked in the same stateroom, the entire party 4 of us have to take the drink package together according to MSC website. They charge 220 pounds for a 3 year old child!

Is there a way to take the unlimited drink package for 1 of us only instead of 4? Thanks

You have your figures wrong

in the current brochure the prices are:-

for cruises over nine nights

Mediterranean and Caribbean ex-Barbados:- Adult - £18pppn; Child £8pppn

so the respective amounts are £252 per adult for 14 nights and £112 per child for 14 nights

if however you are in the Caribbean ex - Miami :- then it's :- Adult £30pppn ; Child £15pppn

So the 14 night cruises are £420 per Adult and £210 per child.

I think you have your figures based upon adult from the in the Med/Carib ex barbados grid BLUE; and kids in the Caribbean ex Miami grid.RED

You don't actually say where you are cruising.

There is no getting round the everybody in the cabin has to have the package rule that I am aware of.
