How do you get to it? Is there a cost?

No cost as there is a lovely cafe inside for you to buy drinks and chocolates as well as getting brief history of how chocolate became a top export in Grenada. Attached a link which may help you find it more easily :-)

IslandStar, see on this google map, that there is a United Grocers 3. Is this the supermarket you have mentioned in another post to buy spices and chocolate?

Yes you can get spices and chocolate there if you dont want to buy inside the cruise ship terminal. There is also another small supermarket just before the NutMeg Restaurant on the Carenage :-)
