Booking Independent of Taxi Association

I know there is a taxi association that I can hire for the day - 5 - 6 tour island tour. Have filled out the taxi association form twice on their web site in the past 3 weeks - no response. Found a member of the association (at least that what he says) on trip adviser that would book directly with me. This was the persons only posting on trip adviser. Can members of the taxi association book independently? Or should I avoid. Send the trip adviser author a message - still no response.

Yes they can. You can arrange in advance for what you want with a driver. One who is well known and gets get reviews is Wilfred Brooks. There of course are others.
