Bringing Bottled Water on Freedom of the Seas

Recommended Posts

Yeah, a case of water goes on sale for $2. At the worst, your risk of loss is very low.

As above:

A new rule went into effect on September 1.

Limit of 12 bottles, 17 ounces or less, of non-alcoholic beverages allowed. You must carry them on yourself.

You lucked out if they let you take that case. The limit is per cabin.

Do anyone wish that Royal would just do what Carnival does now and charge a reasonable amount for a case rather than $39 a case. It's just ridiculous for them to do that.

Princess too. They eliminated allowing passengers to bring on water but you can purchase a case for about $8 CDN. Much easier than toting on a case yourself.

Never had an issue bringing a 24 pack of water onboard any RCCL Ship ever. We actually do not let the porters take our luggage. We bring everything with us upon check in. Of course, we check in 1.5 hours prior to the cruise departing and proceed right up to our room with our two suitcases and our duffel bag with our 24 pack of water. They xray everything as we board. No issues.
