They are probably giving it away free to travel people and want to show them the great gift they are getting a great deal might also be in YUAN so only 1.4 mil US.

They really get you with the taxes. 100% tax rate. Trip will cost you $39,999,996.00 for 2 people. If it were $39,999,990 I might consider booking, but those extra $6 just put it slightly out of reach for us.
