laticmon Posted August 14, 2018 #5 Share Posted August 14, 2018 We got a shuttle bus last time there, which drops you in town. Follow the coast to the cable car and buy your tickets there; single, if you're going to come down on the toboggan. Easy DIY trip
travellovers2 Posted August 14, 2018 Author #6 Share Posted August 14, 2018 Did you come down on the toboggan? [emoji51] I watched it on you tube. They go pretty fast!! Sent from my iPhone using Forums

CruiseMH Posted August 14, 2018 #8 Share Posted August 14, 2018 Walking time to the cable car depends a bit on where exactly in the port you are docked, it is approx. 25 to 35 minutes.(you can do it in 20 minutes but then you have to walk very fast) Usually every cruise line offers a shuttle bus to the town centre. Thejuggler Posted August 14, 2018 #9 Share Posted August 14, 2018 Easy walk, all flat. The centre is about 15-20 minutes, the cable car is about as far again. Take your time and stroll through the main centre, see the market (get there early to see the fish market in full operation, it is downstairs) and then onto the narrow older streets before the cable car.
