Oriana delayed in Gibraltor because of a broken boiler

Just disembarked Oriana this morning after an extra night on board. They will pay out for expenses that are reasonable. For instance, my friend had to get a new National Express ticket and we paid £31 for one more night kennels for the dogs. Problem is I need an email address to send the receipts to and the one they gave me doesn't work. customer.relations@pocruises.com just comes straight back. Anyone know the correct one?
