Any craft beer fans who have tried and can compare Horizon's West Coast IPA to some of the finest (e.g., Pliny The Elder)?

Any craft beer fans who have tried and can compare Horizon's West Coast IPA to some of the finest (e.g., Pliny The Elder)?

L had it on the Vista. If same recipe, closer to the new Ballast Point stuff you can buy in cans at your local. Definitely not close to Piny or Firestone Walker. Nevertheless, way better than the commercial swill in the bottles they have at the other bars.
