Pier at the Colonial Hilton resort in Nassau

Hi folks does anyone know what they are building on the cement pier at the Colonial Hilton in Nassau?

I think I read they are building a Margaritaville in that area to open next year.

The pier that is near Senor Frogs (East of the Beach) is a going to be a bar.. there used to be a bar there that was part of the set for a James Bond Movie, but it was destroyed in a hurricane years ago.

West of the beach is the new Margaritaville Hotel and restaurant, set to open late next year.
