Upgrade room in cruise control

For the first time ever when i go into cruise control and tap the upgrade my cabin button it tells me i can upgrade my twin share ocean view for $50 a night ea. To a balcony cabin. While this is too much money to upgrade, (7 night cruise) i am wondering should i keep checking? Does the price ever alter?

Hi, no the priced has never altered for me - it just disappears when the offer ends!

I booked a guarantee and in cruise control had that upgrade option. It also said cabin not allocated check back two weeks before sailing.

I did this yesterday and got free upgrade from deck 5 forward to deck 10 mid ship and the highest category inside cabin.

Very happy with that as I checked the price and its double what we paid.
