Anyone got any helpful info about what vaccinations a UK resident needs for a Caribbean cruise. Destinations include - St Maarten, Antigua, St Lucia, Barbados and the ABC’s.

The vaccination I would recommend for all travellers is Hepatitis A (free at your local doctors) especially if you plan to eat ashore. Obviously only bottled water (or alcohol!) when ashore.

No vaccinations are required but a good idea to be sure all of yours is up to date.

Might want to also check with your physician.

We spoke to the nurse in our surgery she asked which Islands we were going to.

Worth doing as is free and last for at least a couple of years.
