Something unusual for a day on Cozumel?

We will soon be on our cruise (!) and visiting Cozumel for the fourth time. Like before, we will rent a Jeep and tour the island for the day.

So I'm wondering, does anyone know of something unusual to see there? Something off the beaten path, not often seen?

We've seen San Gervasio and El Cedral, toured the whole coast, visited the lighthouse/crocodile lagoons/nature preserve and even been to the amazing cemetery in San Miguel.

Any hints would be greatly appreciated.

Ps. We know about the excursion along the north coast visiting the other lighthouse, but will save that for another visit.

If you're into Geocaching, there are a TON of good caches in Cozumel, especially on the east coast. We rented a jeep and saw a lot of sights, stopped in a few friendly bars and generally had a great day. If you've got a handheld GPS, you can geocache!
