The pier we stopped at had a rough looking pharmacy a block away. However, they had Sudafed, so it made the two of us with colds very happy :)

I have always bought the vanilla at the duty free shop at port.

I have paid 3 bottles $20.

On line on Amazon here it shows the same product but one bottle for around $14, then shipping.

I am amazed how the locals try to sell their Vanilla flavored extract in large bottles in their little shack stands that have been out in the heat/attempted air for $8.....

Guess you get what you pay for.

We were in Cozumel Dec. 24 and there is still a Drugs and Deli in Puerta Maya. They carry some drugs but not like a full pharmacy.

I was also looking for a pharmacy close to the Puerta Maya port that sells Antibiotics to buy

The last time I paid attention the Drugs and Deli inside Puerta Maya did sell antibiotics.

Last time I was there you CAN'T get Ambien because it is a controlled substance.

How about sildenafil? Can I get that in Puerta Maya?

Best place for vanilla and anything else you want is LOS CINCO SOLES. Right in the complex where Carnival Docks. Also, The restaurant attached, Panchos Backyard, is phenomenal ... We eat there every time we are in Coz.

In nov we got vanilla 3/15 , z packs for $18 each and antibotics for $20 for a bottle of 60 at the drug store where carnival docks.

We were wondering how late the pharmacy is open. We usually buy amoxicillin and z packs in Cozumel.

Darn, I missed this post. Can I find organic Mexican vanilla beans at any of these locations? Thanks!
