Onboard Credit Spending?

Can an OBC from the NCL credit card be used for the service charges or refunded if not used? Thanks!

It can definitely be used for service charges. They should say on board credit certificate and therefore be able to be refunded. The OBC that NCL gives you for specials is non refundable, but from the credit card rewards it should be.

When you get on board ask for a copy of your folio and that will show you the exact amounts of refundable and non-refundable OBC.

Yes. And the amenity notice I get when I call to get my OBC comes in my email and specifically doesn't say non refundable
