Wheelchair accessible taxi in Tampa?

I need help! My DH and I have cruised many times before, but not since he was in an accident and now needs a motorized wheelchair. He walks pretty good, but needs the chair for distances. We have our own chair. We will be flying into Tampa. How, where, etc. do we get a cab to transport us to the motel, then from the motel to the port? This is all new to me and I have no idea where to start. We will be on the Legend, leaving Sept. 30. Also, any ideas/suggestions for shore excursions? We will be in Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Belize and Honduras.
