Carnival Spirit To Brisbane 2020

Recommended Posts

With the Carnival Spirit home port in Brisbane in 2020, will it replace Princes Cruises ships?.

Should this be the case, what will happen to the Princess Loyalty program that many have spent oodles to climb up?

Just wondering

Carnival & Princess are two different companies

nothing will change to the loyalty program

The new terminal will give priority access to the Carnival group, which includes P&O.

True, but both are part of a large organization.

yes Carnival Corp is the owner but every cruise line has their own loyalty program except p&o and they dont have one

Can't see it happening but even if it does, why would it affect the loyalty program?

Not officially but they know who are the frequent cruisers and who aren't.

It’s a wonder that p&o don’t give their past passengers something back

They have the numbers but don’t want to have a loyalty program

I cruised on the Aria in March as it was cheap and only got an invite for drinks with the officers and nothing else

Last week I got an email from P&O titled "Thank You for Cruising", with this:

"Say yes to your next adventure, book a P&O cruise 7 nights or more and save $200 off per room on Value and Value Plus fares."

If you cruise with them often enough, they provide some extras that would normally be charged for.
