Here's my rundown of Carnival's basic balcony cabins

 

Extended: The Best!

Cove: Actually better than Regular because you can put your feet up

Regular: Good for sitting, not for putting your feet up.

Have yet to do Obstructed (keep getting upgraded) or Aft/Wraparound (not rich/lucky enough)
