I purchased a Celebrity Passages Certificate for a next cruise, but I can't find it.

Who can I call or e-mail to have them look up the certificate number?

I would think you would have all your reservations on line. If not, call the Captain's Club and ask them to look it up for you.

I bought the cruise passages certificates when I wasn't a 'Captain's Club' member, so don't think they're associated with my #. I wonder if they can look them up based on name? Anyone from Celebrity know if they can do this?

Do you have a credit card receipt for the purchase? If you do I would think you could use that to leverage them to look harder.
