There are other sites that are far more active on Disney cruises. The book with faces is one...search for a group with your dates. Most of the action on DCL cruise groups has moved from boards sponsored by travel agents to more open social media sites.

On a Roll Call (or some other sites) there are groups set up for a given cruise. They arrange activities and such for their group to participate in. One of the activities that may be arranged is a Fish Extender exchange.

Outside each room onboard the ship is a message holder (usually shaped like a fish). People make hanging organizer-type pockets to hang off the message holder (Fish Extender).

On the Roll Call someone will set up a FE list, where everyone who wants to participate gives names/room numbers/and other pertinent information necessary to do a small gift exchange. You create/buy fun items to drop off in each other's FEs and, in turn, hopefully, they drop off things in yours.
