filbo132 Posted February 11, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 11, 2018 Ok, so despite having cruise for many years, I never did go to a spa. I'll be going on the MSC Seaside ship solo and I am willing to try it out. But I have no clue what to look for. All I want is a nice massage. I workout 4-5 times a week, so my back is at a point where it's a little tense and a massage is badly needed. What package do you all recommend??? On the website, they list three things that I think answers what I need. 1) Relaxing Touch X 2 (can this be for 1 person?) 2) Relaxing Wave 3) Relaxing Wave X 2 (Same question as #1) Also, I'll be staying on port days, am I better off not booking advance as they may offer big discounts on port days??? Also, once I go for spa booking, do I have to bring anything or is everything provided for? I know it's alot of questions at once, but as I have no clue what package to look for, I am hoping a few cruise veterans here can guide me to the right decision. TrinaLC Posted February 11, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 11, 2018 Also interested in knowing if there are massage discounts on port days. Would they apply only if you book them on port days or even if you book in advance? Sent from my iPad using Forums
Carolina Girl 99 Posted February 12, 2018 #3 Share Posted February 12, 2018 Also interested in knowing if there are massage discounts on port days. Would they apply only if you book them on port days or even if you book in advance? I know there are port day spa specials, but don't know specifics. I tried to find some pics posted by others as I know I've seen them, but couldn't locate any. Hopefully someone will have that info for you! filbo132 Posted February 12, 2018 Author #4 Share Posted February 12, 2018 For all your information, I just spoke to my TA, she says to book them on the ship on port days, she says it's much cheaper. I guess that answered my question. Sent from my T03 using Forums mobile app

I haven’t been yet but I am booked for the seaside for March 30th and booked the relaxing wave. To me it seemed like a steal since with the relaxing wave you have access to the thermal spa for the week.
