Recommended Posts

Hi All -

Going on the Oasis of the Seas - September 3rd.

First time on the Oasis, and the Oasis class of ship on Royal, although we are Diamond members.

Can you share your best tips, tricks and/or secrets?

Want to make the most of our time on board!

Thanks for all of your help!

Strolling in Central Park during the evening and stopping at the Trellis Bar for a nice glass of wine.

Sitting on the chairs located aft (outer promenade) reading, listening to tunes, and watching the wake.

Splish-Splash show.

Johnny Rockets for a great hot breakfast -- free!

What is the Splish/Splash show?

A comedy dive show in the Aquatheatre -- usually the last day -- including some high-diving. It's funny and kids love sitting in the splash-zone.

Does anyone know the cabin numbers?

Here's a thread on this- http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=1138049

Some say they can be noisier at times, as there are some steward quarters beyond the wall from these rooms, but the double balcony, in my opinion, makes that risk worth it. Plus, a lot of them have mentioned that this is only in the morning, etc, and I'm an early riser. There are many threads on here and other Royal Caribbean blog websites that discuss the pros and cons, but I hope this helps. I'm booked in 12629 on Oasis in Spring 2018 and am very excited to try this room out!
