Anyone been to Toppers Rhum Distillery for a tour? It appears that the Distillery is open however the restaurant was destroyed in the hurricane. I sent an email... but have not gotten a reply. Can you buy Toppers Rhum at the cruise port? Or do you have to go to the Distillery? Silly question... The Rhum is locally made in St. Marteen... correct?
