We will be flying into Seatac from Anchorage at 9:30 a.m. and need to get on another plane that leaves at 12:35 p.m. Do you think that is enough time? We're flying in on Alaska and leaving on Southwest. Thanks in advance.

Grab your bag from the Alaska baggage claim, go upstairs and check in at Southwest. Then, either go through security and grab a bite to eat inside, or walk across the street to the 13 Coins and have a GREAT meal. Since you are outside security, you might as well eat outside. FWIW, the Joe's Special is one of the better ones I've ever had. 24 hour quality dining. With over 3 hours, plenty of time to do either.

I would just add that the Southwest lines can be amazingly long; it often looks as if everyone wants to check their two free bags.

If the line is really long, look at checking in with the porters outside.
