Embarkation time Long Beach

Several years ago we went on the Inspiration for a weekend getaway. I remember showing up around 10:30am and checking in over at the Queen Mary and getting a number for boarding. Seems like the doors opened about 11:30.

Is that still the case or has it changed since the "faster to the fun" is available? The first available boarding time on checkin is 12 noon. Thanks for any recent information!

You will be given a boarding time on your boarding pass, unless you have Faster to the Fun. We got there about 1 hour before our time, checked in, waited, then boarded at the dome. They load the wedding parties first, then platinum, then FTF, then timed check ins. The day we got there it was very smooth, but I have heard other weekends it takes longer. Hope that info helps some.

They do the staggered boarding in Long Beach. You should be able to pick your boarding time online.

When we did the Miracle in Feb, we chose 12:30 port arrival time and aside from a little bit of a line to get our S&S cards, we just kept walking until we got on the ship.

Thanks... we were able to select 12:00 online. So, it seems like if we arrive and park around 11am we should be able to check in and wait to be called? Or should we wait and arrive around noon?
