Does the Mega store take US currency?

I had a few questions about the Mega store in Cozumel.

Do they take US currency?

Would it be better to use a credit card?

Do the products have English and Mexican written on them?

mainly mexican a little english, priced in pesos. Just know exchange rate

And change is given in pesos.

Anybody know the opening hours?
