Majesty of the Seas Drydock 1/24-2/4 2018

thats great that the Majesty is being refurbished.

my first time going solo. decided to try a 3 day

Currently on MJ right now at Freeport Grand Bahama Island. Have not been here to this port in 30 years. Was interesting watching them trying to back Allure into the dry dock ship yard here. They were having a tough time of it for sure. I am simply guessing she is in for dry dock. Have not checked her schedule.

 

Worker bees getting on the ship when we return to PC in a couple of days, but no pax of course, and then MJ returns here for the 37 day dry dock. Wow. Must be a lot of work to be done for sure.

Hopefully the plumbing. 😱

LOL!! ;p:p Yeah, plenty of sewer smell and frustrated maintenance working on those pipes in cramped connection pipe locker doors in the hallway. On embarkation, I turned on the hot water and lovely "poop brown" water kept coughing up into the sink. Yuck! :eek: OK after that.

Has anyone been on the new Majesty? I see it is going out of Tampa and am looking at a cuba itinerary!

we are scheduled to sail may 18-22, 2019 we are excited, hubby has wante to go to Cuba and Ive always wanted to sail on the MotS since she first sailed in the early 90s.
