FYI: the current Cruise Director Scott Mikeonis will retire after the repositioning to New York. The assistant Cruise Director Zach Flèche with be promoted to Cruise Director for the first time when sailings to Bermuda begin.

part of the problem is the ship is like 2 or more hours late and people do not take ncl advise of arriving late

1. I wasn’t complaining, it was more of a joke, AND we waited to come til they told us. It was more a tongue and cheek. Sorry you took it seriously, that’s why I used the happy/cry emoji. Most people were pretty calm and patient.

2. I didn’t personally characterize it as chaos, the person in charge of the terminal did. I was just quoting them. After they started letting people through security he was frantically calling over his walkie talkie that it was chaos and they had to stop letting people through.

there is no official answer. could be a rookie captain who was scared of sailing under bridge and waited for low tide to be extra extra safe, could be an issue with weather and currents, etc. etc
