Piano Bar on the Conquest

Recommended Posts

The piano bar on the Splendor seems a little small and is always crowded in the pictures I've seen. Is it that popular that I'd have to be there early to even sit and enjoy the atmosphere?

It depends on the piano man. Some are more popular than others. EM

thanks for the specific information, now I just need to hear about Dara Steingazner, lol. was just wondering how popular the piano bar was and will have to be patient and find out on my own. In December, many months, weeks, or days away, depending on how you want to count it.

I just got off of the Conquest yesterday and Michael was the performer in the piano bar. We only went there twice and although I think he is a very talented pianist and singer I just didn't think he interacted with the guests very much. I am sure that some people just go there to hear the music but I also like to see the performer interacting with the guests as part of the entertainment. We probably spent about 3 hours total in the piano bar this time and he talked to the guests maybe about 3 times for about 1 minute total.

Last year on the Pride we spent a lot (I mean a lot) of time in the piano bar enjoying the entertainment by Jeff True Jones. In fact I think I would even plan a cruise based on his schedule!

Jeff is great! Had him on the Magic in January.
